October 28th - December 4th, 2011 - Malibu Stage Company presents VICTOR VICTORIA
Written by Blake Edwards, with a tribute to Blake Edwards and his life of work at the opening
of every show.
A penniless soprano, named Victoria, colludes with a struggling gay impressario to disguise
herself as a man named Victor, who entertains as a female impersonator known as "Victoria"- and as a result becomes
the toast of Paris. Complications arise when a Chicago mobster sees the act and finds himself attracted to the star.
This Gala Extravaganza will feature several choreographed dance numbers, a live orchestra, and over 20 actors. Directed
by Richard Johnson. Choreographed by Albertossy Espinoza. Musical Direction by Scott Nagatani. Book by Blake
Edwards. Music by Henry Mancini. Lyrics by Leslie Bricusse. Additional music by Frank Wildhorn. Starring
Julia Holland, Jake Broder, Kristen Towers Rowles, Butch Anderson, Oscar Best, Diane Peterson, Marlee Candell, Albertossy

November 27th, Blake Edward's daugter, Jennifer, will join us for a special Q & A after the 5pm show. Complimentary
hors d'oeuvers and Malibu Rock Oaks wine will be served.

and a Show $75/person
For a fixed price of $75 you get a three course meal, a glass of wine, (tax and gratuity
