Lou Wagner
(William H. Gallagher) Mr. Wagner has been a working actor for over 35 years and is best known for his role as "Lucius" in the original Planet of the Apes and as "Harlan" the mechanic in the long-running television hit CHiPs. Mr. Wagner's last play was the Grapes of Wrath for the West Coast Ensemble. This is the 4th time Mr. Wagner has worked with Chris Hart. He currently has a recurring role on the UPN series Girlfriends. Mr. Wagner is a member of the MoHo's (with Fred Willard) and the Actors Studio.
