Malibu Stage Company is a 99 seat Theatre, located at
29243 Pacific Coast Highway, just 700 yards past, (West of), Kanan Dume Road. Our facility is entered from a private
gated driveway off of Pacific Coast Highway, and the gate is open while the facility is in use, and closed after hours.
The facility is avaliable for rehearsals, and/or productions if our schedule permits, and can be rented
weekly, or daily, with preferential rates given to weekly contracts. If you are considering renting our theatre,
please visit our Malibu Stage Company Calendar of Events to see what dates may be avaialble. All uses must be approved by our board, and users must have their
own liability insurance with a minimum of one million dollars coverage.

Stage Dimensions -
Our stage is raked, with a 3 degree angle toward the seating, and only elevated 6 inches in the front as a result.
Our stage has a Trapezoid shape, with a circle curve prominantly in the front. The narrowest part of the our stage is
the rear, while the widest is the front. Adding wings to both sides of our stage makes it still spacious and open to
the seating.

Parking - We are forturnate enough to have
an ample parking lot in front of our theatre, off Pacific Coast Highway. Our parking lot is limited to about 40 - 50 spaces.
Additional overflow parking is available on the shoulder of the Malibu Stage Company side of Pacific Coast Highway, where
one can walk through our gate to enter our lot and facility. There is NO parking on the other side of Pacific Coast
Highway, and we caution all patrons to USE EXTREME CAUTION WHILE WALKING ALONG PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
Our Theatre:
99 Seats - 4 curved rows of stadium type, tiered seating, with a
sound wall immediately behind the fourth row. All rows curve to match the front of our raked stage. First row
is 23 seats. Second row is 26 seats. Third row is 27 seats. Fourth row is 21 seats. Side chairs
along the third row make up the other two seats.

Box Office - Counter area on two sides, totaling
approximately 10 feet, enclosing our Box Office immediately after entering front double doors.
Lobby
Area - Indoor Lobby located directly in front of, and side of Box Office. Sufficient to accomodate 30+ people
comfortably.
Water Dispenser - water dispenser and cups are located in the Lobby Area,
next to the front doors.

Foyer/Covered Entrance area - immediately in front of our double
door entryway is a large covered Foyer that is enclosed on by large walls on two sides. Our classic lounging bench with
Malibu tiles is adjacent to this area. This area easily accomodates 40+ people comfortably.

Restrooms - We have seperate Men's and Ladie's
facilities, which are contemporary, amply sized and clean. Restrooms are a short walk up a lighted stairway accross
our Foyer area.

Dressing Rooms - We have two dressing rooms
adjacent to, and accessed by doors at the rear of the stage. Our larger dressing room is accessed through a door stage
right, and is an ample sized, cavernous space of approximately 20 x 45 feet. This space can also be accessed from the
parking lot near the front of the theater through a small private door. This space has a long counter against one wall of
approximately 16 feet in length, with mirrors and ample lighting. This room also has a small, approximately 6' x
8' changing area if privacy is needed. There is also a small refrigerator and water dispenser in this room.
Our other dressing room is 8 feet outside of the rear door of stage left, accessed by covered stairs and a walkway.
This area is a converted trailer of approximately 10 x 30 feet in size. This area has ample hanging spaces, and one
wall with mirrors and counter top of approximately 8 feet in length. This is our back-up dressing room, and is generally
used for larger productions, or when seperate spaces are needed.

Control Booth - In the back of the Theatre,
in an elevated area, with a counter top that contains our Lighting Board and controls, Sound Board, and ample electrical oulets.
