acclaimed full-length play. This time it's the Irish Classic, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, by noted playwright Martin McDonagh (writer/director of the recent motion picture "In Bruges"). Headed
by an all-star cast that includes Tyrone Power Jr. and Joan Benedict-Steiger and directed by Carmen Milito, at the Malibu
Stage Company, running from Friday, May 16 to June 8, 2008. "The Beauty Queen" is
a dark comedy that is guaranteed to send chills up your back at the same time as it draws laughter from some uncharted pockets
of your consciousness.

window of famed Oscar-winning actor Rod Steiger, has appeared in numerous comedy and dramatic television shows, including
"Candid Camera", "Fantasy Island" and a three-year stint on "General Hospital", as well as appearing
in more than a dozen feature films, including two with her husband Rod Steiger: "The Flying Dutchman" and "A
Month of Sundays".
Tyrone Power, Jr. is the only son of Hollywood star Tyrone Power and is the great-great grandson of Irish actor Tyrone
Power. "Ty" has numerous film credits ranging from the 1985 feature film "Cocoon" to the feature"Harvest
Moon" currently in production.
Director Carmen Milito, who's 2004 New York musical production of "An
Evening With Marlene: Falling In Love Again" about the life of actress/singer Marlene Dietrich, was nominated for two
Ovation awards. Milito's 2006 family-inspired short film "Slice" won the MORE/WIF Short Film Contest.
The multiple
award-winning play produced by Jacqueline Bridgeman also stars stage, televison and film actress Linda DeMetrick and New York
stage actor Robert Postrozny, recipient of the 2006 Gold Hugo Award.
